Pain Removal.

Sound & Energy Healing. Like tibetan singing bowls — but digital, far more refined, neuroscience-based. Trigger ↔ cancel on every body region.

How to use the session

  1. 01 Put on headphones. The effect is much stronger with stereo headphones than with speakers.
  2. 02 From the dropdown, pick the body region where you have pain. Each region maps to a frequency band that the corresponding brain area responds to.
  3. 03 Press Start. Sit with the sound for 5 to 20 minutes. Don't try to do anything — let the brain do the work.
  4. 04 Then run the bands above and below the painful region too — especially for hips, abdomen, genitals, organs. Pain rarely sits cleanly in one band.
Start the session

5–20 minutes per region. Headphones strongly recommended.

Safety

This is just music in the audible range. No subliminal signals. No infrasound. No brainwave entrainment claims. Suitable for everyone — adults, children, elderly, animals.

The only people who shouldn't use it are those with hyperacusis or acute migraine sensitivity (start the volume low) and anyone with acute, undiagnosed pain — pain is a signal; see a doctor first.

If you don't believe it works, do a single 5-minute session and feel for yourself. The brain decides what to do with the input.

⚠ Protect your hearing. Always start at very low volume. Use headphones, but never loud.

01

Like tibetan singing bowls. Digital. Sharper.

For thousands of years, healers have used tibetan singing bowls — metal vessels struck or rubbed to produce long, layered tones that resonate with the body and quiet the mind. The principle works. Sound moves the body. Sustained tones in the right band loosen tissue, slow the breath, and give the brain a pattern it can let go into.

This tool is the same idea. Different instrument. The bowl is replaced by an algorithm; the random hammer-strike is replaced by a slot-machine that picks frequencies inside the band that maps to your painful region; the long resonance is replaced by a precisely-shaped, phase-paired sustain. Far more refined, and built on neuroscience.

Where the bowl gives you one beautiful tone and trusts the body, this tool actively pairs each tone with its mirror image — trigger and cancel — so the brain re-evaluates its predictive model. The bowl soothes. This rewires.

02

What it does.

Your brain holds a predictive model of your body. It learned the pain in a particular region by running the same neural pathway, again and again, until that signal became its default forecast. The brain is trying to save energy: once a pattern is learned, it just keeps running it.

This tool feeds the brain region that maps to your painful body part with sound it cannot predict. Random frequencies inside the band, slot-machine timing, slow phase-cancellation wobbles, sudden silences. Nothing repeats. The brain's next-step prediction fails — over and over.

That failure has a name: reward prediction error. It is the moment when the brain stops running the old model and starts updating it. That update window is what we want.

03

How sound maps to the body.

The auditory cortex is tonotopic — different frequencies activate different cortical regions. Your somatosensory cortex (the body map) sits next door, and the two regions cross-talk. By driving a specific frequency band, you preferentially light up the part of the brain that also represents the corresponding body region.

The bands in this tool are not arbitrary. They follow the rough harmonic geography of the body's acoustic resonances and the mapping of low-to-high frequencies onto low-to-high body regions used in vibroacoustic therapy and music-based pain protocols.

  • — 1 · Feet — 20–100 Hz
  • — 2 · Legs & Hips — 100–400 Hz
  • — 3 · Belly — 400 Hz – 2 kHz (abdomen, lower organs, mid-back)
  • — 4 · Mouth / Jaw — 4–8 kHz
  • — 5 · Nasal / Sinuses — 8–12 kHz
  • — 6 · Face / Eyes / Ears — 12–16 kHz
  • — 7 · Skin / Whole-body surface — 16–20 kHz

→ The 2 – 4 kHz range (chest, throat, voice — the body's alarm/anxiety band) is not in this module. That range is handled by the dedicated Anxiety Cancel module, which uses a refined trigger ↔ cancel cycle tuned specifically for the alarm circuit.

If your pain sits between two bands, run them both. If it sits across the body (hips, abdomen, organs, lower back), run the band above and below as well. The brain doesn't have hard borders.

Every region runs the same trigger ↔ cancel cycle: a short in-phase tone briefly pokes the corresponding brain region (1–5 s, intensity-driven), then the same tone played in the opposite direction sustains for 20–30 s with an auto-LPF sweep that darkens toward the end. Trigger + cancel = zero. Repeated dosing rewires the predictive model.

04

The science. Plain version.

Your brain is a neural network. It builds a model of the world — including a model of your body — and runs predictions on it constantly. The next breath, the next step, the next sensation. The model sticks to the path of least resistance: the patterns it has already learned.

Pain is one of those patterns. It started as a real signal — the body telling you something is wrong. Most of us, instead of fixing the problem, learn to suppress the signal. The brain dutifully writes that as a permanent feature: pain stays even after the original cause is gone, because the model is still predicting it.

To rewrite the model, the brain needs a prediction error: a moment when its forecast is wrong. That is a high-energy state — the brain avoids it — so we have to force it. We do it by feeding the relevant brain region with sound it has never heard in this exact pattern: random frequencies, random timing, random silences, slow phase wobbles. The model's forecast fails. The update window opens.

What happens next is biological. Damaged or wrongly-tagged cells in the affected region are flagged with phosphatidylserine — a lipid the body uses as an "eat-me" signal on cells marked for removal. During the next sleep cycle, the immune system (microglia, macrophages) clears them out via a process called pruning. New, healthy tissue takes their place. The body heals.

This is not a metaphor. Phosphatidylserine externalisation as an apoptotic "eat-me" signal is one of the most established mechanisms in cell biology. Synaptic pruning during sleep is documented across decades of neuroscience. What is novel here is the route: using auditory unpredictability to crack open the predictive model and let the body's own healing machinery finish the job.

Evidence — the underlying mechanisms.

The clinical study connecting these mechanisms to this exact tool has not yet been done — this is a new approach. But every individual mechanism has solid evidence.

These references describe the building blocks. The combination — using random sound to open the prediction-error window so the brain re-evaluates and the body heals — is what this tool does. I am in contact with research groups to study it formally.

Where this came from.

I almost died. The last months of fighting through it, my creative brain was searching for a way out. I happen to have what was needed: I am an expert in neural networks and a musician and producer. Both halves were already in me.

One morning I woke up very early. I understood it. I built this tool. I healed myself with it.

You don't have to believe me. I'm fine and I'm alive — that's what matters to me, existentially. The music is harmless: anyone can listen and update their model and get well. I am also reaching out to leading scientists to confirm this clinically. But you don't actually need that — use it and heal.

You have to experience it to believe it.

It sounds like music from the universe — not pretty, but medicine.
Not the music you want. The music you need.

For people who want my actual music — the one that sounds beautiful and also healed me — here is my YouTube channel: youtube.com/@shamaniactribe.
